Terms of service

1. About us
All Voices is operated by Fares Li, sole trader, Baarerstrasse 43, 6300 Zug, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: .
Orders are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Limited (or, for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, and appears on your card statement. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment itself.
2. What we offer
We offer hours of use, prepaid. One hour of live transcription and translation spends one hour of the balance on your account, whatever languages are spoken and whichever features you use during it. Speaker labelling, summaries, notes and audio playback are included in the hour and are never charged for separately. Asking the meeting AI a question (meeting chat) uses one minute of your balance per question, and playing a translated line aloud spends the seconds of speech generated; both need hours remaining on the account.
Played-back translations are synthetic speech, not recordings. By default they use a neutral synthetic voice. You may choose to have playback imitate a participant’s own voice, generated from a short sample of the session’s audio; you are responsible for having that person’s permission before doing so, exactly as you are responsible for consent to the recording itself. Such a voice model is used only within that meeting, can be removed at any time from the meeting’s voice settings, and is deleted when the meeting is deleted. Synthetic audio must not be presented as a recording of a real person.
A session can be opened to an audience: other people follow it live on their own devices, reading captions in a language of their choice or hearing the translation spoken, by scanning a code or opening a link you share. Listeners need no account and pay nothing; the audience is paid for from the presenter’s balance at rates shown before and during the session (each reading listener adds a fraction of an hour per hour, smaller as the audience grows; a listening one double; the first two reading listeners are free). Listener pages display and play by default. A listener’s microphone is used only if the listener raises a hand, the presenter gives that person the floor, and the listener accepts the recording disclosure and chooses to turn the microphone on. The camera is never used. An audience speaker’s voice is transcribed, translated, recorded and saved in the presenter’s meeting. Telling the room that the session is transcribed, translated and shared with an audience is the presenter’s responsibility, exactly as consent to recording is. A join code and link work for one session, can be locked or replaced by the presenter at any time, and stop working when the session ends. Who listened, in which language and for how long is available to the presenter as a report of that session.
| Product | Price | Hours | Per hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | free | 15 minutes, once per email address | - |
| Small, one payment | $9 | 6 | $1.50 |
| All Voices, one payment | $19 | 18 | $1.06 |
| Large, one payment | $39 | 40 | $0.98 |
These are the web and direct-Android prices, in US dollars, before any sales tax or VAT that Paddle adds at checkout. The Google Play version shows Google's price in your local currency, including tax where required, before you confirm; each pack adds the same number of hours. Hours do not expire: unused hours carry forward for as long as the account exists. Any size may be bought at any time, as often as you like, and every purchase is added to the same balance.
Time is counted while a live session runs, in steps of about half a minute; a session that reaches a zero balance is paused and the transcript so far is kept. Live transcription and translation need an internet connection. If it drops, All Voices keeps the recording while it reconnects.
Refunds. If All Voices turns out not to be for you, write to within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund it, less the hours already used at that pack's own rate (its price divided by its hours: $1.50, $1.06 or $0.98). This applies to the first purchase only: later packs are bought by someone who has already used the product, and are not refunded. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used, normally within a few working days. Google Play processes refunds for purchases made in the Play version; write to us with the order reference and we will handle the same first-purchase policy through Google. None of this reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live, and if the service failed through our fault we refund the hours you could not use, whenever you paid.
3. The free trial
The trial gives fifteen minutes of use at no charge, once per email address, so that you can see the service work before buying. We may limit, change or withdraw the trial at any time, and may require a payment card to be verified before granting it. Trial accounts are subject to these terms like any other account.
3A. Referral rewards
A personal referral link works for 30 days and is for introducing a new person to All Voices. If that person's new account uses a real, billed transcription before buying a pack, the referring account receives 15 minutes. Its first completed pack purchase adds another four hours to the referring account. If the purchase happens first, only the four-hour reward applies, even if transcription is used later. Signup, installation, silent sessions, gifts and purchases for somebody else's account do not earn a reward.
Referral time has no cash value and cannot be transferred. A first valid referrer cannot be replaced. You must not refer yourself, create accounts for the reward, automate invitations or mislead people about All Voices. We may hold or reverse a reward while checking abuse, and a purchase reward is reduced or removed if that purchase is partly or fully refunded or charged back. We may change or end the referral program for future referrals, without removing time already earned legitimately.
4. Your account
A purchase creates an account and sends an access link to the email address given at checkout. Anyone holding that link can sign in, so treat it as a password. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has it and we will issue a new one. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
One account is for one person. An account may be bought as a gift for someone else; the person using it is then the person these terms apply to. Only one live session may run on an account at a time.
5. Recording other people is your responsibility
All Voices records conversations. Swiss law, and the law in many other countries, requires the consent of everyone present before a conversation is recorded. Obtaining that consent is entirely your responsibility, in every meeting, and we give no advice on whether a particular recording is lawful where you are. You must not use All Voices to record anyone covertly or in any way that breaks the law that applies to you.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not resell the service or share one account across an organisation.
- Do not create trial accounts repeatedly, with disposable addresses, or by automated means.
- Do not attempt to extract, reverse engineer or redistribute the models, services or software behind All Voices, and do not use the service to build a competing product.
- Do not attack the service: no automated scraping, no attempt to exceed or bypass the hour balance, no probing of other accounts.
If an account is used in one of these ways we may suspend it. Where the breach is not serious we will write to you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we suspend an account for a reason that turns out not to be your fault, we refund the unused hours.
7. What we do not promise
Automatic transcription and translation make mistakes. Accuracy depends on the microphone, the room, the accents, the languages and how many people talk at once. Summaries and answers are generated by a language model and can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on All Voices as the sole record of anything that matters legally, medically or financially without checking it against the audio, which is why we keep the audio.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that any particular language will reach any particular accuracy, or that it will remain compatible with any device.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features. If we withdraw the service altogether, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email so that you can export your meetings, and we will refund the hours you have not used.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect loss.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using All Voices at any time and ask us to delete your account. Refunds are described in section 2. Your meetings, transcripts and recordings are yours; account and data deletion are described in the privacy policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Switzerland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect.
