What you are buying
All Voices is a live translation and transcription service for spoken conversations, used in any modern web browser or in the Android app, on one account. During a conversation it shows a live transcript: each speaker is labelled, and every line is translated into your own language as it is spoken. It handles 60+ languages, and several may be spoken in the same conversation. Afterwards it writes a summary, notes and action items, answers questions about what was said, and plays the audio back beside the transcript.
It is sold as prepaid hours, not a subscription. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

What is included in an hour
One hour of a live session spends one hour of your balance, whatever languages are spoken and whichever features you use during it. Live transcription, live translation, speaker labelling, summaries, notes, meeting chat and audio playback are all included and are never charged for separately, though asking a meeting questions does need hours remaining on the account. There is no per-language, per-speaker or per-minute surcharge, and no seat or device fee: the same account works in the browser and in the Android app.
Time is counted only while a live session is actually running, in steps of about half a minute. Reading, searching, editing or sharing an old meeting costs nothing. Live transcription and translation need an internet connection. If it drops, All Voices keeps the recording while it reconnects.
Audience listening
A session can be opened to an audience: anyone you share a code or link with follows live on their own phone, reading captions in their own language or hearing the translation spoken. Listeners need no account and pay nothing; their time comes out of your balance. A reading listener uses 12 minutes of your balance per hour, less as your audience grows (6 minutes from the eleventh listener, 3 from the fifty-first); a listener with sound on uses double; your first two reading listeners are free. Your session shows the audience and the burn rate live, so there are no surprises, and you can pause new joins or stop sharing at any time.
How hours are delivered
Delivery is immediate and electronic. A purchase creates an account and sends a personal access link to the email address given at checkout; opening that link signs you in, in the browser or in the Android app. A purchase made for someone else sends the link to them instead. A purchase made while signed in is added to that account's balance, whichever size it is, and is available at once.
Tax, currency and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles the payment and any tax due and appears on your card statement. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and several local payment methods are accepted, depending on where you are.
Refunds
If All Voices turns out not to be for you, write to within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund it, less the hours already used at that pack's own rate (its price divided by its hours: $1.50, $1.06 or $0.98). This applies to the first purchase only: later packs are bought by someone who has already used the product, and are not refunded. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used. The full wording is in the terms of service, and none of it reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
