English-Japanese, live, without the ceremony

Japanese-English exchanges usually route through whoever speaks the other language best, and that person spends the meeting translating instead of contributing. All Voices takes that job.

Japanese leaves things unsaid

Japanese omits subjects, softens refusals and lets context carry what English spells out. Translating it line by line without context produces the famously useless "it is being considered". All Voices translates with the surrounding sentences in view, so intent survives: a no reads as a no, and a definite yes is distinguishable from a polite maybe.

Meetings, lectures, visits

The pair shows up where stakes are high: supplier negotiations, academic talks, factory visits, the Tokyo office call at 9 in the morning. For a lecture or a briefing, one phone follows the speaker and gives you a readable English (or Japanese) transcript in real time, with a summary to keep and question afterwards.

Both scripts, one transcript

The transcript shows each line in the script it was spoken in, kanji and all, with the translation underneath, and any line can be spoken out loud with a tap. For names and numbers, the audio stays synced, so what was actually said is always one tap away from what was written.

Two directions, one device

When both English and Japanese are being spoken, All Voices pairs them automatically and interprets both ways; when only one side needs translating, every line is rendered into the language you choose. Either way there is one transcript, with speakers labelled, audio kept, and a summary written when you stop. The first 15 minutes are free, without a card.
