Live translation for business meetings

Leave with the same decisions.

Updated 10 October 2026.

To translate an in-person meeting live, put one phone or laptop running All Voices on the table. It hears the whole room, labels each speaker, and shows every line in the words that were said, with the translation into your language beneath it. No bot joins, and nobody else installs anything.

The whole room from one device

Mixed-language meetings rarely follow a script. A client speaks Chinese, a colleague answers in German, and someone summarises in English. All Voices identifies the language of each line as it is spoken, so there is no language menu to set before the meeting and no button to press between speakers. Sentences that switch language halfway are kept as they were said; see mixed languages.

Each speaker is labelled automatically. After the meeting you can rename a label to the person’s name, or merge two labels that belong to the same person.

The original beside the translation

Every line keeps the speaker’s own words with the translation underneath. Names, prices, dates and part numbers are where translation errors cost money, and the original lets anyone who knows both languages check them. The recording stays in step with the transcript: tap a line to hear exactly what was said.

Two languages at the table

When two languages are spoken, All Voices can interpret both ways, so each side reads the other in their own language. Turn on spoken translation and it reads the translation aloud, in each speaker’s own voice once enough clear speech is available and in a stock voice until then.

Participants who want the transcript on their own phone can follow the session through a link or QR code, in the language they choose, without an account. See audience listening.

No bot in the call

In a meeting room, the phone on the table is the only thing that listens. For a video call on a desktop computer, the web app in Chrome or Edge can also hear a call running in another browser tab, together with your microphone. Nothing joins the call, so the other participants see no notice: tell them yourself. Use headphones, so the microphone does not hear the call a second time.

Decisions and action items when you stop

When the session ends, All Voices writes a summary with the key points, the decisions that were actually made, action items with the owner and deadline when someone stated them, and open questions. Rough notes you typed during the meeting are merged into the write-up.

The summary is written in the language you choose. For a client who reads another language, write it again in theirs, or share a link that opens it in the reader’s language. Download a Word or PDF report, or subtitles with the original and the translation. See meeting notes in two languages.

Afterwards you can ask the meeting a question, such as "What did we agree on delivery?", and search every meeting by title, notes, summary or transcript.

What it costs

One hour of a live session spends one hour of your balance, whatever languages are spoken and whichever features you use. Hours are prepaid, from $9 for 6 hours, and they never expire. There is no subscription and no charge per language. The first 30 minutes are free, without a card. See pricing.

Tell the room

Participants must know and agree that the meeting is transcribed and recorded. Review names, numbers, legal commitments and other high-stakes details before acting on them. If everyone already shares one language and you only want notes afterwards, an AI notetaker may be the better fit; All Voices is for meetings where people need to understand one another across languages.

Dated comparisons: a one-language notes app and a desktop meeting translator.

Questions people ask

How do I translate an in-person meeting live?

Put one phone or laptop running All Voices on the table and start a session. It transcribes everyone, labels each speaker, and translates every line into your language as people speak.

Does a bot join the meeting?

No. All Voices listens through the device’s microphone. For a video call in another browser tab, the web app on a desktop computer can hear the tab’s sound; nothing joins the call.

Can each participant read in their own language?

Yes. Open the session to an audience: each participant scans a QR code and follows on their own phone in the language they choose, without an account.

Do the other participants need to install anything?

No. One device listens for the room. Others can read along on that screen or follow on their own phones in the browser.

Which language is the summary written in?

In the language you choose for summaries and notes, by default your app language. You can write it again in a second language from the same meeting.

What does it cost?

One hour of meeting uses one hour of prepaid time, from $9 for 6 hours. Hours never expire, and the first 30 minutes are free.
