Meeting notes in two languages
One meeting, a summary in your language and one in theirs, and every line of the transcript in both.
Updated 10 October 2026.
All Voices writes the summary, notes and action items of a meeting in the language you choose, and can write them again in a second language from the same meeting. The transcript keeps every line in the language it was spoken, with the translation underneath, so both sides can check what was said.
During the meeting
One phone or browser listens to the room. Each line appears with the speaker’s name and the language it was spoken in, the original words, and the translation into your language. When two languages are in the room, All Voices can interpret both ways, so each side reads the other.
The summary when you stop
When the session ends, All Voices writes a summary with:
- an overview and the key points;
- decisions, only those that were actually made;
- action items, with the person and the deadline when someone stated them;
- open questions.
If you typed rough notes during the meeting, they are merged into a clean write-up. Every point you wrote is kept and filled in from the transcript.
Choose the language of the notes
The setting "Summary and notes language" decides the language of the summary and notes. It starts as the language of the app, and you can change it for one meeting without changing your default.
For a second language, choose it on the meeting and tap Generate summary. All Voices writes the summary in that language from the same transcript. Both versions stay with the meeting, and you switch between them with one tap. Writing the summary or notes in another language does not use your hours.
Share it in the reader’s language
Create a link to the meeting and approve up to eight languages. Each reader opens it and chooses one of them; the summary appears in that language. You decide whether the link also carries the transcript, with every line in the original and the translation, and the recording.
- Readers need no account and no app.
- You can ask for a six-digit passcode and choose when the link stops working: after 1, 7 or 30 days.
- Each new reader language translates the meeting once and uses some of your hours. All Voices shows the cost before you create the link, and a language you already translated costs nothing.
Take it with you
- A report as Word (.docx) or PDF, with the transcript showing each speaker, the original and the translation.
- Subtitles (SRT or VTT) with the original, the translation, or both.
- The recording as MP3.
Ask the meeting afterwards
Ask a question about what was said, in your own words, and get an answer from the transcript. Each answered question uses one minute of your balance. Search covers titles, notes, summaries and transcripts across all your meetings.
When your hours run out
If the hours or the free time run out during a session, the session ends and the meeting is saved. The summary is still written, and you can still read, search and download it. Asking the meeting a question, starting a new session and translating a shared link into a new language need hours.
Where it helps
- A team that works in two languages and needs one set of decisions.
- A client meeting where the client gets the summary in their language and you keep yours.
- Interviews and site visits where the exact original words matter later.
If everyone in the meeting shares one language and you only want notes, an AI notetaker may be the better fit. All Voices is for meetings where people need to understand each other across languages. Review names, numbers and commitments in the summary before you send it.

Questions people ask
Is there an app that writes meeting notes when people speak two languages?
Yes. All Voices transcribes a meeting in which people speak different languages, translates each line, and writes a summary with decisions and action items when you stop.
Which language are the notes written in?
In the language set as "Summary and notes language", which starts as your app language. You can change it for a single meeting.
Can I have the summary in two languages?
Yes. Generate the summary again in a second language from the same meeting. Both versions stay with the meeting, and writing them does not use your hours.
Can I keep the original words beside the translation?
Yes. Every line of the transcript keeps the original with the translation underneath, and the Word, PDF and subtitle downloads can carry both.
Can the other side read the notes without an account?
Yes. Share the meeting by link. The reader chooses one of the languages you approved and reads the summary in it, with no account and no app.
